Tips -supplement

Oil type vitamins like A, E, flax seed oil, evening primrose oil,fish oils are best taken just before eating so they don't empty your gallbladder and you get diarrhea. Water soluble vits like C, B --after meals. Minerals are best absorbed when you eat so there is stomach acid to help absorption. Calcium can nuetralize stomach acids so it should be taken between meals so it does not interfear with other vits/mineral absorption as well as other food eaten nutrients
