Hari Kecemerlangan SKAMD 2011
Ibu and abah waiting for Majlis Hari Kecemerlangan Safiah dapat hadiah 5A ..Class 1 Jujur - berbaris bersedia untuk majlis penyampaian hadiah...antara murid2 darjah satu yg mendapat 5A dalam peperiksaan akhir tahun...34 org semuanya...adik org ke 31...kena usaha gigih untuk tahun depan ni...

Damai Laut 23 - 25 Oct 2011
Need to take a break during a busy work and kids busy activities. We plan to have a break at Lumut. We started our journey to Lumut at 1pm from KL which is after Hubby’s staff weeding ceremony at Wisma Sejarah.
Sampai Damai Laut hampir jam 4 petang...kemas barang...solat..then Safiah tak sabar nak swim...

Tips -supplement
Oil type vitamins like A, E, flax seed oil, evening primrose oil,fish oils are best taken just before eating so they don't empty your gallbladder and you get diarrhea. Water soluble vits like C, B --after meals. Minerals are best absorbed when you eat so there is stomach acid to help absorption. Calcium can nuetralize stomach acids so it should be taken between meals so it does not interfear with other vits/mineral absorption as well as other food eaten nutrients

Egg yolk for glazing.
Baked for 20-25 minute
Custard;
2 tbs Sugar + 1 cups Fresh milk ~ boiled
+ 2tbs Tepung custard
+1tbs Vanilla
+1tbs butter

Dates Pudding ( Kek Kurma)
Bahan-bahan
- 250gm kurma yang telah dibuang biji
- 1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
- 125gm mentega
- 3/4 cawan gula perang halus
- 3 biji telur
- 1 1/2 cawan tepung gansumi
- 1 1/2 cawan air
Sos Butterscotch
- 3/4 cawan gula perang halus
- 100gm mentega
- 1 tin susu sejat
- 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
Cara Penyediaan
- Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 170c
- Campurkan kurma bersama dengan air dan rebuskan dengan api sederhana.
- Selepas mendidih, padamkan api dan masukkan soda bikarbonat. Biarkan selama 15 minit dan kisarkan bahan rebusan tadi.
- Pukulkan mentega bersama gula sehingga kembang. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji dan pukulkan sehingga sebati.
- Masukkan tepung dan juga adunan kurma tadi ke dalam loyang yg lebih besar dan tuangkan air ke dalam loyan besar tersebut. Masukkan kedua-dua loyang kedalam ketuhar dan bakar selama 1 jam.
- Sambil menunggu kek siap dibakar, sediakan sos butterscotch.
- Masukkan gula dan mentega kedalam kuali leper. Pastikan api sederhana, kacaukan sehingga gula cair
- Masukkan susu sejat dan gaukkan sehingga tiada ketulan gula, apabila hampir mendidih perlahankan api dan masukkan tepung jagung yang telah dicairkan dengan air. Gaulkan sehingga sos menjadi pekat.
- Selepas kek siap dibakar, hidangkannya bersama krim putar dan sos butterscotch
