Apple n Peach Crumble Pie

Recipe Dough:


1salted butter (250)

2 1/3 cups flour

Gaul ramas sampai crumble kalu lembik add tepung sikit2 --->Set aside 1/3 utk crble topping.

Bal. 2/3 add 1 yolk, 1 table spoon icecold water. Donot over knead. Let it rest for about 10 minutes

Crumble topping:

Add 1 tablespoon sugar to the crumble

Filling

2 1/2 cupful fruit (peach or apple or stawberry or blueberry)

3 tablespoonful corn flour

2 tablespoon flour

1/2 cups sugar

3 tablespoon salted butter

( If you want to make apple pie, 5 large apples sliced, use brown sugar, add 1 teaspoonful cinnamon powder, you may want to add 2 tablespoon sugar)
